摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨对非酒精性脂肪肝患者实施血脂与血糖及肝功能检查的临床价值。方法：选取2012年5月～2015年5月期间来我院就诊的非酒精性脂肪肝患者26例作为观察组，同时选取30例在此期间来我院进行体检的健康者作为对照组，并对本研究中的所有研究对象进行血脂与血糖及肝功能的相关指标的检查，统计数据结果，对比分析。结果：从血脂与血糖水平来看，观察组患者的平均HDL-C水平（1.2±0.6）mmol/L显著低于对照组平均水平（2.8±0.3）mmol/L，其TG、FBG、TC及LDL-C平均水平均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；而就肝功能情况，观察组较对照组平均GGT、ALT及AST水平均显著增高（P＜0.05）。结论：临床上，对非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行血脂与血糖及肝功能检测，具有良好的临床指标效果，有助于疾病的临床诊断治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the implementation effect of blood lipid and blood glucose and liver function tests in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods:From 2012 may~2015 year during may in our hospital for treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with 26cases as the observation group, and selected 30 cases during this period came to our hospital for physical examination of healthy persons as control group, and the related indexes of blood lipid and blood glucose and liver function in all the subjects in this study. Check, statistical data results, comparative analysis. Results:From the observation of blood lipids and blood glucose level, average level of HDL-C group patients (1.2±0.6) mmol/L was significantly lower than the control group, the average level of (2.8±0.3) mmol/L, the TG, FBG, TC and LDL-C average were higher than the control group (P＜0.05); and liver function, the observation group were significantly higher than the control group mean GGT, ALT and AST levels (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical, of blood lipid and blood glucose and liver function tests in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver, clinical indicators has good effects, the clinical diagnosis and treatment contribute to disease.
