Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of small incision combined with the implementation of paste type negative pressure flushing device of anorectal abscess patients. Methods: 90 patients with anorectal abscess were divided into two groups, the control group using conventional surgical treatment, the observation group was treated by small inc ision combined with paste type vacuum suction device for the treatment of the way, clinical treatment, compared two groups of patients in hospital time and the probability of occurrence of adverse phenomenon. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group, anal fistula rate, hospitalization time was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Small incision combined with paste type vacuum suction treatment can be effective in the treatment of anorectal abscess, reduce the risk of relapse.
