摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨2012年北京市属医院试行医改措施对糖尿病患者住院指标的影响。方法：调查分析2010～2014年某试行医改工作三级甲等医院糖尿病住院患者463例的医疗费用和住院日等指标，比较医改前后差异。结果：施行医改后糖尿病患者平均住院日明显缩短（P=0.00）；在总体住院费用无明显变化的情况下，医改后诊疗费及诊疗占比显著提高（P=0.00），药占比有所下降（P=0.02）。结论：医改措施体现了医务人员劳动价值，提高了医院运营效率。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To evaluate the impact of health care reform trial implemented in pilot hospital of Beijing in 2012. Methods: Data of 463 hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus was retrospectively drawn,medical expense and length of stay during 2010~2014 was compared. Result: Through the health care reform,the length of stay was shorten(P=0.00),the proportion of drug expense was decreased(P=0.02),the proportion of medical service fee was increased.Conclusion:The health care reform reflected the value of physician knowledge of labor and improves the operational ef ficiency of hospital.
