摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析动态三维超声造影诊断乳腺肿瘤的误诊原因，探讨降低临床误诊的措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2014年1月～10月就诊的118例乳腺肿瘤患者共153个病灶的动态三维超声造影图像，所有患者均经术后病理诊断确诊，通过对动态三维超声造影的误诊原因进行统计分析，以寻求降低误诊率的方法。结果：15个乳腺肿块被误诊，其中，11个良性病灶误诊为恶性，4个恶性病灶误诊为良性。结论：乳腺肿瘤声像图表现具有多源性、多灶性，对于肿瘤的判定存在局限性，这些因素使得乳腺肿块术前误诊率较高，适当增加辅助检查项目，结合影像学资料，以求降低误诊率。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analysis the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of breast tumor misdiagnosis reason,explore the measures to reduce the clinical misdiagnosis. Methods:To retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 118 cases of mammary cancer patients,a total of 153 lesions of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging confirmed by pathology during the past ten months in 2014,by means of three dimensional ultrasound imaging misdiagnosis reasons were analyzed,in order to looking for ways to reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Results: 15 breast tumors misdiagnosed,among them,11 benign lesion misdiagnosed as malignant,4malignant lesion misdiagnosed as benign.Conclusion:Breast tumor ultrasonographic performance with multiple source,multifocal,decision have limitations for the tumor,these factors make breast lumps preoperative misdiagnosis rate is high,and increasing auxiliary examination project,combined with the image information,in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
