Abstract: 【Abstract 】 objective: to analysis and discussion of pancreaticoduodenal resection of pancreatic inside supporting tube pancreatic anastomosis of intestinal bundled security.Methods: from July 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital underwent pancreticoduedenectomy treatment of 34 cases of patients, the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 34 cases are performed successfully completed by pathological diagnosis were malignant tumor, 18 cases with low bile duct carcinoma, 8 cases of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma, 8 patients were infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma.No diarrhea, pancreatic fistula, 1 case due to ascites hospital medical treatment and recovery.Followed up for 2 years, 1 year in 16 days after surgery because of the heavy infection and death, 1 case of 20 months after the operation for lung infection and death, 4 cases in 12-22 month by tumor distant metastasis, and death, 6 cases from 14 to 23 months after surgery for liver damage and death.No lost to follow-up, all the rest survived more than 24 months.Conclusion: in the resection of pancreatic duodenal pancreatic pancreatic inside supporting tube line im bundled anastomosis is safe and reliable, high success rate of surgery, fewer complications, has higher application value.
