摘要: 【摘要】目的:分析研究低剂量辐射对X线工作者晶状体损伤效应。方法:对2012年和2015年医用X线工作者的晶状体给予调查(研究组),而且检测以及统计个人受照累积剂量、工龄以及晶状体混浊部位,同时和接触照X线的人员(对照组)进行对比。结果:研究组晶状体混浊随着工龄增长而增高,与对照组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着累积剂量的增高,而晶状体的混浊率成递增趋势;晶状体混浊的部位全部以皮质混浊为主,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量辐射致晶状体的混浊随着工龄增长以及累积剂量增加而增长,受损部分主要为后皮质,因此,应增强放射防护。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the damage effect of low dose radiation on lens of X-ray workers.Methods:The lens of medical X-ray workers investigated (study group) in 2012 and 2015,and detection statistics Personal irradiated cumulative dose,length of service and parts of lens opacity,while the staff contact X-ray (the control group) were compared.Results:The study group lens opacity with seniority growth increased,the difference between the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05); with the cumulative dose increased,the rate of lens opacity to an increasing trend; clouding of the lens in all parts of the cortex turbid main difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose radiation induced lens opacities and cumulative dose increase with seniority increases and growth,after the damaged part of the main cortex,therefore,we must enhance the radiological protection.
