摘要： 【摘要】目的：探析经尿道双波长激光术对良性前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法：选择2013年1月～2015年10月，我院收治的96例良性前列腺增生患者，根据入院编号的奇偶数将其分为两组，其中给予对照组经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗，而观察组则运用经尿道双波长激光术（PVP）治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果：术后，相比较对照组而言，观察组的IPSS评分和QOL评分改善明显，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；结论：临床上运用经尿道双波长激光术对良性前列腺增生进行治疗，一方面可以获得较好的疗效，另一方面还能避免发生严重并发症，提高手术的安全性。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the urethra dual wavelength laser surgery in the efficacy and safety of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From Jan 2013 to Oct 2015,96 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odd even number of admission numbers,which gives the control through the TURP treatment,while the observation group with PVP treatment,the treatment effect of two groups of comparison and analysis.Results:After surgery,postoperative,compared with the control group,group of IPSS score and QOL scores improved significantly,the more significant difference between groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of PVP to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia,on the one hand,can achieve good curative effect,on the other hand also can avoid serious complications,to improve the safety of operation.
