产科新护士规范化培训课程设置研究

摘要: 目的:应用德尔菲(Delphi)法对产科新护士规范化培训的培训课程进行设置。方法:在结合文献资料、专家访谈等基础上,自行设计“产科新护士规范化培训课程设置专家咨询表”,对来自省内外25名专家进行两轮专家咨询。结果:权威系数Cr值分别为0.83、0.86,一级、二级、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.334、0.376、0.487 (P<0.001)。最终确立了产科新护士规范化培训课程,包括 8个一级指标(课程模块),27 个二级指标(课程名称),118个三级指标(课程内容)。结论:专家的积极性、权威程度、协调性均较高,对确定的产科新护士培训课程专家意见集中,结果科学可靠、信度较高,该课程可为产科新护士规范化培训、考核进一步提供理论依据。

Abstract: Objective: The application of the Delphi method to set the training course of standardized training for new obstetric nurses.Methods:On the basis of literature and expert interviews, the expert consultation table for standardized training courses for new nurses was designed. Two rounds of experts consultations were carried out for 25 experts from different provinces and autonomous regions.Results:The coefficient of authority,Cr,was 0.83 and 0.86 respectively, and the coordination coefficients of the first, second and third indexes were 0.334, 0.376 and 0.487(P<0.001)respectively.Finally,standardized training courses for new nurses in obstetrics were established, including 8 first level indicators (curriculum modules),27 second level indicators (course name),and 118 third level indicators (course contents).Conclusion:Experts had relatively high enthusiasm, authority, as well as harmony. In addition, they had concentrated opinions on the determined new obstetric nurses training course. Furthermore,the result of nurses training course was scientific and reliable.Therefore,the curriculum could provide a theoretical basis for training and assessment of new nurses in obstetrics.
