Abstract: Objective：To analyze the curative effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on remission stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods： A total of 200 remission stage COPD patients were collected and randomly divided into 4 groups. Combination group(n=50) were given Breathing physical therapy+ Body breathing exercises therapy+Limb muscle strength exercise； single A group(n=50) were given Breathing physical therapy+Body breathing exercises therapy； single B group(n=50) were given Limb muscle strength exercise； control group(n=50) was given no rehabilitation training. Their pulmonary function， blood gas analysis， dyspnea score， daily life ability score， life quality score before and after 3 months′ training were tested. Results： All the above indexes improved after the rehabiliation training in the combination group， single A group and single B group， and the improvement was more pronounced in the combination group than other three groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Combination pulmonary rehabilitation training have positive effect on remission stage COPD patients， can improve the patients′ life quality and prognosis.
