摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：总结肢体软组织肉瘤手术中不接触隔离技术的护理配合要点。方法：回顾性总结分析117例肢体软组织肉瘤手术中，各项不接触隔离技术的护理配合要点。结果：在117例肢体软组织肉瘤手术各项操作中，手术医生、护士严格执行不接触隔离技术，各项操作配合默契。结论：医生护士进行规范化恶性肿瘤手术不接触隔离技术培训，是确保不接触隔离技术操作的正确实施和防止癌细胞种植转移的必要条件。

Abstract: Objective： To summarize the key points of nursing cooperation of no touch isolation technique in the surgery of soft tissue sarcoma of the extremities. Methods： Retrospectively summarize and analyze 117 cases of soft tissue sarcoma surgery of the extremities， summarize the key points of nursing cooperation of the no touch isolation technique. Results： In the operation of 117 cases of soft tissue sarcoma of the extremities， doctors and nurses strictly carried out surgery with no touch isolation technique， and all the operations were compatible with each other. Conclusion： No touch isolation technique training to doctors and nurses for the operation of malignant tumor can ensure the proper operation of the no contact isolation technology， and prevent cancer cells transfer.
