Abstract: The establishment of grading system is not only the key to deepen medical reform， but also the essential path to release the problems of expensive and difficult medical expense. The paper analyzes the difficulties and reasons in the implmentation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in our country， analyzes the successful experience and specific practice on Australia grading treatment system.Then suggests recommendations on grading treatment system in China.
