Abstract: Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with postoperative radiotherapy plus chemotherapy on patients with high grade glioma. Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, in the control group, 32 patients were treated with conventional radiotherapy, the concomitant and subsequent adjuvant chemotherapy of timorazolomide were performed; in the test group, 30 patients were treated with Shenqifuzheng injection based on the treatment of the control group. The Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) was used to assess the degree of cognitive impairment of the two groups, the changes of tumor volume of two groups were observed and the adverse reactions of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy were compared in the two groups before and after therapy. The cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated half a year after treatment again. Results: There was no significant difference in tumor remission rate between the two groups after treatment. The MoCA scores and the incidence of adverse reactions of the test group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy, combined with Shenqifuzheng injection can delay tardive cognitive impairment caused by radiotherapy postoperatively in patients with high grade glioma, and reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy.
