摘要: 随着人口老龄化问题的日益突出,阿尔茨海默症、帕金森氏病和缺血性脑血管病等中枢神经系统疾病发病率快速增长,但截至目前,其发病机制尚未阐明。中枢神经系统疾病损伤的整个过程中伴随着大量神经细胞凋亡,线粒体作为细胞能量供应器和代谢中心,在细胞凋亡过程中发挥重要的调控作用。因此探讨线粒体介导的细胞凋亡途径在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用机制具有重要理论意义,将有助于揭示线粒体凋亡的关键作用靶点,为防治中枢神经系统疾病提供一个全新的思路和方法。本研究拟就国内外关于线粒体凋亡机制、线粒体途径关键蛋白、主要调控通路以及其与中枢神经系统疾病之间的联系作一综述,以期为进一步探究线粒体介导的细胞凋亡途径在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用机制提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent problem of aging population, the incidence of central nervous system diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease is increasing rapidly. Up to now, its pathogenesis has not been clarified, and the whole process of central nervous system injury is accompanied by a large number of nerve cell apoptosis, and mitochondria act as cell energy suppliers and metabolic centers. Mitochondria plays an important role in the process of apoptosis. Therefore, study of the mechanism of mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis in central nervous system diseases is particularly important, which will help to reveal the key targets of mitochondrial apoptosis and provide a new idea and method for the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases.This paper reviews the mechanism of mitochondrial apoptosis, the key proteins of mitochondrial pathway, the main regulatory pathways and their relationship with central nervous system diseases at home and abroad,in order to provide reference to further explore the mechanism of action of mitochondria-mediated apoptosis pathway in central nervous system diseases,
