基于HIS系统与化妆品不良反应监测系统对接模式效果初探

Preliminary Study on the Effect of Docking Mode Based on HIS and Adverse Cosmetic Reaction Monitoring System

摘要: 目的:构建我省化妆品不良反应(adverse cosmetic reaction,ACR)上报系统与HIS系统对接模式,使HIS系统中的患者信息得以共享,提高医院工作效率和患者信息利用率。方法:在前期药品与HIS系统对接实践基础上,利用我省已构建的ACR微信上报及国家直报系统,使用WebService技术调用接口,将XML作为数据交换格式,构建化妆品直报系统与HIS系统连接接口,并将该对接模式应用于两家试点单位。结果:HIS系统和ACR系统的有效对接和整合,提高了数据报告效率、增加了数据报告的准确性,同时调动了工作人员的积极性。两家试点医院的ACR上报总数在系统对接后均有所提高,分别由上报119例和136例增加至148例和187例,且严重ACR报告上报率和报告质量均有提升(P<0.05)。结论:HIS系统与ACR监测系统的对接,实现化妆品相关数据的自动化采集,有利于提高ACR上报质量、增加信息利用率,对完善相应管理程序、进一步加强我国化妆品安全性监测与评价具有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective:To construct the docking mode of the adverse cosmetic reaction (ACR) reporting system and the HIS system in our province, so that the patient information in the HIS system can be shared, and the work efficiency and patient information utilization rate can be improved. Methods:Based on the previous practice of drugs and HIS docking, we used the WeChat report and national direct reporting system that we have built in our province, implemented the call interface with WebService technology, and used XML as the data exchange format to construct the interface conneting cosmetics direct reporting system and the HIS system, and evaluated the effect of the docking mode operation. Results:The effective docking and integration of HIS system and ACR system improved the data reporting efficiency, increased the accuracy of data reporting, and mobilized the enthusiasm of the staff. The total number of ACR reports reported by the two pilot hospitals increased after system docking, from 119 and 136 cases to 148 and 187 cases respectively, and the reported rate of severe ADR and report quality were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion:Base on the docking mode of HIS system and ACR monitoring system, the automatic collection of cosmetic related data is conducive to improving the quality of ACR reporting and increasing the utilization rate of information. It is of great significance to improve the corresponding management procedures and further strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of cosmetic safety in China.
