Abstract: Objective：The pharmaceutical care for a patient with chemotherapy-induced Ⅳ degree myelosuppression was analyzed to strengthen pharmaceutical care， safeguard drug use. Methods： Clinical pharmacists performed the pharmaceutical care through leukocyte and platelet elevation，infection prevention and selection of antipyretic drugs for the patient with agranulocytosis and fever. Results： Clinical pharmacists gave full pharmaceutical care to the patient， and made suggestions on the treatment plan， played the role of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion： The pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacist can enhance the reasonable， effectiveness and safety of medication．
