摘要： 目的：比较双气囊小肠镜（DBE）和胶囊内镜（CE）在不明原因慢性腹痛（UCAP）中的诊断价值。方法：选择2013年7月至2016年7月在中南大学湘雅二医院就诊的UCAP患者260例，其中行DBE检查158例，行CE检测102例；对所有患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：UCAP患者常伴有腹胀、腹泻、便血症状，DBE的总阳性检出率和准确性高于CE，而CE在小肠出血的阳性检出率高于DBE（P<0.05）；经口非全麻进镜方式患者耐受性低于其他方式。DBE和CE均无严重并发症。结论：与CE比较，DBE是一种更有效的诊断UCAP的内镜手段，能提供相对较高的病变检出率和病因诊断的准确性。

Abstract: Objective： To compare the diagnostic value of double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE) and capsule endoscopy (CE) in unidentified chronic abdominal pain (UCAP). Methods： A total of 260 patients with UCAP were enrolled in this study from July 2013 to July 2016， including 158 patients underwent DBE examination and 102 patients underwent CE examination. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： UCAP patients often exhibit symptoms of abdominal distention， diarrhea， hemafecia， etc. The total positive detection rate and accuracy of DBE were significantly higher than that of CE， but CE exhibited a significantly higher detection rate of small intestinal bleeding than DBE（P<0.05）. Patients exhibited a significantly lower tolerance to non-general anesthesia oral approach endoscope than other endoscope methods. No serious complications of DBE and CE were observed. Conclusion： Compared with CE， DBE is a more effective endoscopic method for the diagnosis of UCAP， which can provide a relatively high detection rate of disease and the accuracy of etiological diagnosis.
