摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：研究自拟滋阴补肾汤对于糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效及对患者血清因子的影响。方法：选取本院2016年6月至2018年6月间收治的98例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察对象，将入选患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组49例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予滋阴补肾汤进行治疗；治疗一疗程后，观察两组患者的临床疗效，肾功能指标、血糖指标、血清相关因子表达水平。结果：观察组临床总有效率95.92%，对照组为81.63%，与对照组相比观察组临床疗效及总有效率均更好（P<0.05）。一疗程结束时，两组血糖值、肾功能以及血清各相关因子水平均有确切改善（P<0.05），观察组各项指标均较对照组更好（P<0.05）。结论：滋阴补肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病患者疗效良好，具有辅助降低糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平，改善肾功能与血清相关因子表达水平的确切功效。

Abstract: Objective： To study the clinical effect of ziyin bushen decoction on diabetic nephropathy and its effect on serum factors. Methods： 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as observation objects， and the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method with 49 patients each group. The control group was given routine treatment， and the observation group was given ziyin bushen decoction for treatment on the basis of the control group.After one course of treatment， the clinical efficacy， renal function index， blood glucose index and serum related factors expression level of the two groups were observed. Results：The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%， and that of the control group was 81.63%. Compared with the control group， the clinical effect level and total effective rate of the observation group were better(P<0.05).After treatment， the renal function index， blood glucose level and the expression level of various serum-related factors in the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)， and all the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion：Ziyin bushen decoction has good curative effect on diabetic nephropathy patients. It has the definite effect of helping to reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic nephropathy patients and improve their renal function and the expression level of serum related factors.
