摘要： 脑卒中后便秘是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，脑卒中与便秘二者相互影响，密切联系，越来越受到康复医学界的重视。脑卒中后便秘严重影响了患者的预后及日常生活质量，因此采取有效的预防及干预措施解决问题显得尤为重要。本文通过分析长强穴、靳三针的临床应用及脑卒中后便秘的中西医机制，通过调神与通腑共用，脑卒中与便秘并治，充分发挥针灸腧穴的近治、远治以及整体的治疗作用，达到治疗目的，从而初步探讨长强穴联合靳三针“调神通腑法”治疗脑卒中后便秘的可行性。

Abstract: Post-stroke constipation（PSC） is one of the common complications of stroke. Stroke and constipation are closely interacted and related, and are increasingly valued by the rehabilitation medical community. PSC seriously affects the prognosis of patients and the quality of daily life.Therefore, it is particularly important to take effective prevention and intervention measures to solve the problem.Through the analysis of the clinical application of changqiang point and Jin′s three-needle acupuncture, and from the traditional Chinese and western medicine mechanism of PSC, this article introducing together “tiaoshen” with “tongfu” to treat stroke and constipation at the same time and fully use the functions of acupoints acupuncture to achieve therapeutic purposes and make preliminary discussion the feasibility of treating PSC by acupuncturing changqiang point combined with Jin′s three-needle which is “tiaoshen tongfu method”.
