使用动态血压监测评价经鼻饲/胃管内注入氨氯地平控制血压的临床研究

摘要: 目的:探讨使用动态血压监测评价患者经鼻饲/胃管内注入氨氯地平控制血压的临床应用效果。 方法: 对24例经鼻饲/胃管内注入氨氯地平患者进行动态血压监测,按规定时间记录24 h收缩压/舒张压、白天收缩压/舒张压、夜间收缩压/舒张压及服药后2 h内收缩压/舒张压。结果:患者 24 h收缩压(137.2±13.3)mmHg,舒张压(85.5±12.6)mmHg;白天收缩压(138.6±13.8)mmHg,舒张压(86.0±12.5)mmHg;夜间收缩压(133.1±13.2)mmHg,舒张压(85.2±15.0)mmHg;服药后2 h收缩压(135.9±16.2)mmHg,舒张压(87.8±16.3)mmHg。治疗总有效率为87.5%。结论:患者经鼻饲/胃管内注入氨氯地平后,未出现明显的快速降压及血压波动大的现象。氨氯地平经鼻饲/胃管内注入可以较好地控制血压。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical application of evaluating amlodipine nasal/intragastric feeding with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Methods: Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed on 24 patients who received amlodipine nasal/intragastric feeding. The 24 h systolic blood pressure (SBP)/diastolic blood pressure (DBP), daytime SBP/DBP, nighttime SBP/DBP, and SBP/DBP of 2 h after medication were recorded. Results: The 24 h SBP, 24 h DBP, daily SBP, daily DBP, nighttime SBP, nighttime DBP, SBP of 2 h after medication and DBP of 2 h after medication of the patients were (137.2±13.3)mmHg, (85.5±12.6)mmHg, (138.6±13.8)mmHg, (86.0±12.5)mmHg, (133.1±13.2)mmHg, (85.2±15.0)mmHg, (135.9±16.2)mmHg and (87.8±16.3)mmHg, respectively. The total effective rate of treatment was 87.5%. Conclusion: There is no obvious rapid blood pressure drop or wide blood pressure fluctuations after nasal/intragastric feeding of amlodipine. Amlodipine with nasal/intragastric feeding can be used to control the blood pressure.
