丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及对机体炎症反应的影响

Effects of Salvianolate Injection Combined with Rosuvastatin on Acute Myocardial Infarction and Inflammatory Response

摘要: 目的:研究丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效及对机体炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年6月于我院收治的AMI患者114例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(57例)和研究组(57例)。对照组单纯给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,并观察两组患者治疗前后心肌酶谱、炎症反应指标水平的差异。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组(χ2=4.76,P=0.02);治疗后,研究组炎症反应指标肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)以及心肌酶谱肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀能够显著改善AMI患者机体炎症反应并降低心肌酶水平,治疗效果确切。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of salvianolate injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the influence on inflammatory response. Methods: 114 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (57 cases) and the study group (57 cases). The control group was treated with rosuvastatin alone.The observation group was treated with salvianolate injection combined with rosuvastatin. To compare the clinical effect of the two groups, and to observe the difference of myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammatory reaction index of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The clinical effect of the study group was better than those of the control group (χ2=4.76, P=0.02).After treatment, the inflammatory reaction indexes TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and myocardial enzyme spectrum CK, CK-MB, cTnI of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Salvianolate injection combined with rosuvastatin can significantly improve the inflammatory response and reduce the level of myocardial enzymes in patients with AMI. The therapeutic effect is accurate.
