摘要: 伴随信息化时代的来临,智能化服务逐渐应用于日常工作及生活。在医疗行业飞速发展的今天,人工智能技术逐渐渗透其中。人工智能的优势在于促进医疗行业便利化,提升医疗服务质量及治疗的精准性。尤其在骨伤科疾病的诊断及治疗中,人工智能在每一阶段均有一定程度的应用,主要体现在智能诊断、辅助手术、促进康复等方面。人工智能应用于骨伤科诊断、手术及康复,能够避免临床医师因经验不足而致的误诊、漏诊,提高骨伤科手术及康复治疗的准确率,增强临床治疗疗效。正确认识、认真对待人工智能,合理运用关键技术,才能最大化发挥人工智能效应,达到治愈骨伤科疾病的目的。鉴于此,本研究介绍了人工智能在骨伤科诊断、手术及康复方面的应用进展,以期为相关工作提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in daily life and work is increasing. With the rapid development of the medical industry, AI technology has gradually penetrated into it. The advantages of AI are facilitating the medical industry, improving the quality of medical services and the accuracy of treatment. Especially in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases, AI has a certain degree of application in every stage, and mainly in orthopedics and traumatology diagnosis, surgery and rehabilitation, which can avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis caused by lack of experience of clinicians. Its accuracy rate for orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation treatment is relatively high, and the clinical effect is significant. In order to maximize the effect of AI and achieve the goal of curing orthopedic diseases, it is necessary to correctly understand and treat AI and reasonably use key technologies. This article introduces the application of AI in orthopedic diagnosis, surgery and rehabilitation treatment, so as to provide reference for relevant works.
