摘要/Abstract

摘要： 临床试验报告规范（CONSORT）是用于指导报告平行随机对照试验的统一标准，可帮助研究者提高临床试验报告的清晰度、完整性和透明度。随着越来越多的人工智能（AI）干预性临床试验被开展以评估人工智能技术干预的效果，CONSORT工作组近期制定和发布了人工智能干预性临床试验报告规范（CONSORT-AI），借以提高该类临床试验的报告质量。现本研究对CONSORT-AI报告规范的主要内容进行介绍与解读，旨在帮助国内研究工作者更好地理解与应用该报告规范，以期为提高AI干预性临床试验报告质量提供借鉴和帮助。

Abstract: The Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) is a unified standard for guiding the reporting of parallel randomized controlled trials， which can help researchers improve the clarity， completeness and transparency of clinical trial reports. More and more artificial intelligence (AI) interventional clinical trials are carried out to evaluate the effects of AI interventions. The CONSORT working group recently formulated and released the CONSORT-AI reporting guideline Consolidated Standard of Regorting Traials-Artificial Intelligence， in order to improve the report quality of such clinical trials.This article introduces and interprets the main content of the CONSORT-AI， in order to help domestic researchers to better understand and apply the report guideline，and provide reference and help to improve the quality of AI intervention clinical trials.
