运动疗法在防治膝骨关节炎中的应用研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运动疗法具有安全有效、简便易行的优点，可有效缓解疼痛，改善膝关节功能，提高患者生活质量，已被推荐为膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）保守治疗的疗法之一。不同运动疗法之间具有疗效差异，如何制定个性化运动处方，满足不同膝骨关节炎患者需求，成为研究者下一步需要思考的问题。本文从运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制及不同运动处方干预膝骨关节炎疗效的研究进展做一综述，以期为今后临床工作提供参考。

Abstract: Exercise therapy has the advantages of safety， effectiveness， simplicity. It can effectively relieve pain， improve knee function， and improve the quality of life of patients. It has been recommended as one of the conservative treatments of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Different exercise therapies have different therapeutic effects. How to formulate personalized exercise prescriptions to meet the different needs of patients with knee osteoarthritis has become a question for researchers to consider next. This article reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis and the effect of different exercise prescriptions on the intervention of knee osteoarthritis， with a view to providing reference for future clinical work.
