骨质疏松症中医疗法的研究概况

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）作为老年患者的常见病，是以骨量减少、骨的微观结构退化为特点，从而使骨骼脆性增加，发生骨折风险增大的一种全身性疾病，常引发脊柱脆性骨折、驼背畸形以及四肢短缩等临床症状，给老年人生活质量带来严重困扰，重者甚至可引起瘫痪。当前在我国人口老龄化的国情下，骨质疏松症已成为危害公众健康的一大疾病，常规治疗方式主要是针对患者日常饮食习惯的干预，运动加强骨骼应力以及口服药物治疗。近几年来，中医疗法如复方、专方、单味药、针灸等手段逐渐成为我国传统医学临床研究的热点，不良反应少，效果明显，其在治疗骨质疏松症方面有着独特优势。本文通过对骨质疏松症中医理念、辩证分型、各种中医疗法进行归纳概括，证明中医疗法在治疗本病的潜在优势，以期为骨质疏松症治疗的进一步研究提供参考思路。

Abstract: Osteoporosis (OP)， as a common disease in elderly patients， is a systemic disease characterized by decreased bone mass and degeneration of bone microstructure， which increases the fragility of bones and increases the risk of fractures.Osteoporosis often causes spine clinical symptoms such as fragility fracture， kyphotic deformity， and shortened limbs， which cause serious problems to life quality of the elderly， and severe cases can even cause paralysis.Under the current situation of the aging population in China， osteoporosis has become a major disease that endangers public health. Conventional treatment methods are mainly interventions of the patients′ daily diet， exercise to strengthen bone stress， and oral medication. In recent years， traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) methods including compound prescriptions， special prescriptions， single herbs， acupuncture and so on have gradually become the hotspots of TCM clinical research，which has few side effects and obvious effects，and has unique advantages in the treatment of osteoporosis. By summarizing the TCM concepts， syndrome differentiation， and various therapies of osteoporosis， this article introduces the potential advantages of TCM in the treatment of osteoporosis，so as to provide reference ideas for further research on osteoporosis treatment.
