肠道菌群与常见内分泌疾病相关性研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肠道菌群即肠道微生物，是人体微生态系统的重要组成部分，参与调节人体多种病理生理反应，为人体提供多种必需营养物质，现已成为当下相关领域研究热点。目前众多研究已证实肠道菌群在常见内分泌疾病发生发展中发挥重要作用，二者之间的潜在联系日益受到关注。本文就肠道菌群与常见内分泌疾病如1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、桥本甲状腺炎等的相关性进行综述，以期为该类疾病的预防和治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract: Intestinal flora， namely intestinal microbes， is an important part of the human micro-ecosystem. It participates in regulating various pathophysiological reactions of the human body and provides the human body with a variety of essential nutrients. It has become the research hotspot in various fields. Numerous studies have confirmed that the intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of common endocrine diseases， and the potential connection between them has attracted increasing attention. This article reviews the correlation between the intestinal flora and common endocrine diseases such as type 1 diabetes， type 2 diabetes， Hashimoto thyroiditis， etc.， so as to provide new targets for disease prevention and treatment.
