摘要: PBL (problem based learning)教学方法是以问题为导向的教学方法,是目前较为先进的医学教学理念。《临床推拿学》课程PBL教学方法根据临床病例设置问题,学生以问题为导向,预习教材,分组协作,自主查阅资料,分析问题,解决问题,课堂讨论,教师归纳总结,让学生在以问题为导向的学习中掌握学习方法,收获知识。笔者负责福建中医药大学中医学专业《临床推拿学》部分课程的教学,在颈椎病课程教学过程中充分运用PBL教学方法,可充分调动学生积极性,培养自主学习的能力和提高学生的临床思维。本文详细阐述PBL教学方法在《临床推拿学》中的实施方法和应用优势,以期提供参考。

Abstract: PBL(problem based learning) teaching method is an advanced medical teaching idea at present, which is problem oriented. The PBL teaching method of Clinical Tuina course set problems as orientation according to the clinical cases, and the students base on those problems to preview the teaching material, work in groups, access to information independently, analyze and solve the problem, then discuss in the class. In the end, teachers sum up, to help the students to grasp the method of learning and gain knowledge based on this teaching method. The author was responsible for the Clinical Tuina courses of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In cervical spondylosis course, the author made full use of PBL teaching method. PBL teaching method aroused the learning initative of the students, cultivated their ability of autonomous learning and improved their clinical ability. This article elaborates the implementation methods and advantages of PBL teaching method in Clinical Tuina course, so as to provide reference for relevant work.
