新冠肺炎疫情期间社区居民认知和行为研究

摘要: 目的:探讨山西省社区居民新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间的相关知识掌握情况及防护行为状况,以期为疫情防控提供信息依据。方法:2020年2月17日至3月17日基于微信等互联网手段,采用自行设计的问卷,对山西省社区人群开展调查,共收取2 281份有效问卷。结果:参与调查社区居民COVID-19基本知识平均得分为(6.19±1.68)分;健康素养得分处于低水平者为736人,占比32.3%;疫情期间防护行为的得分中位数为13分,防护行为较好者占75.0%;多因素分析结果显示,性别(OR=0.682)、健康素养水平(OR=2.027)、是否为医务工作者(OR=1.246)、是否认为被感染会死亡(OR=0.801)、不清楚是否被感染会死亡(OR=0.509)均为社区居民防护行为的显著影响因素。结论:社区居民对COVID-19基本知识知晓情况和防护行为有待加强,应持续对社区居民开展相关动态监测与管理,同时应关注疫情期间居民心理状态,避免过度恐慌、焦虑。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the cognition of COVID-19 relevant knowledge, and protective behavior status among community residents in Shanxi Province during COVID-19 epidemic, and to provide information basis for epidemic prevention and control. Methods: Questionnaire surveys were conduted among community residents in Shanxi province. 2 281 effective questionnaires were collected based on WeChat from February 17 to March 17, 2020. Results: Among the community residents who participated in the survey,the average score of COVID-19 related basic knowledge was (6.19±1.68); and the health literacy scores of 736 participants were at low level, accounting for 32.3%. The median score of protective behavior was 13, and 75.0% participants had good protective behavior. The result of multi-factor analysis showed that gender (OR=0.682), health literacy level (OR=2.027), medical workers (OR=1.246), believed that be infected would lead to death (OR=0.801), and unclear whether be infected would lead to death (OR=0.509) were all significant factors influencing residents′ protective behavior. Conclusion: Community residents need to enhance their cognition of COVID-19 related basic knowledge and strengthen protective behavior. It is necesexry to carry out relevant dynamic monitoring and management to community residents. Meanwhile, the psychological state of residents during the epidemic should be paid attention to avoid excessive panic and anxiety.
