Abstract: Objective：To investigate the relationship between coagulation disorder and sepsis severity in patients with emergency infection.Methods：90 patients with emergency infection were randomly selected in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2018， and were grouped according to the severity of sepsis. Among them， group A were pure infection patients（n=30）， group B were sepsis patients（n=30）， and group C were severe sepsis patients（n=30）， and routine coagulation function test was carried out for all patients.Results：The score of sequential organ failure(SOFA)in group C was higher than that in group A and group B（P＜0.05）.The mortality rate in group C was higher than that in group A and group B（P＜0.05）.The decrease of platelet count and the increase of D-dimer in group C were higher than those in group A and group B（P＜0.05）. There were no significant differences in fibrinogen， activated partial thromboplastin time， thrombin time， and prothrombin time among the three groups of patients（P＞0.05）.Conclusion：There is a close relationship between coagulation disorder and sepsis severity in patients with emergency infection. In judging the severity of sepsis， attention should be paid to the detection of coagulation function in patients with sepsis.
