复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)治疗胎儿宫内生长受限的不良反应观察及探讨

摘要: 目的:观察胎儿宫内生长受限(FGR)孕妇静脉滴注复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)的不良反应,为妊娠期妇女复方氨基酸的应用提供理论依据。方法:回顾性分析2014年9月至2019年9月在我院接受复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)静脉补液治疗的452例FGR孕产妇的药品不良反应(ADR)发生时间、累及系统及临床表现;按用药方式分为复方氨基酸组及联合用药组,比较两组患者ADR发生率。结果:ADR在给药时间<2 h、2~6 h、6 h~3 d以及3 d后的发生人数占比分别为70.69%、17.24%、6.90%和5.17%;ADR累及多系统损害:呼吸系统68.97%、消化系统62.07%、神经系统44.83%、皮肤及其附件34.48%;联合用药与单用复方氨基酸相比,各器官系统的损害差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)ADR可引起妊娠期妇女多系统损害,应严格掌握临床应用指征及加强防范措施。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the adverse effects of intravenous infusion of compound amino acid injection(18AA) in pregnant women with fetal intrauterine growth restriction (FGR), and to provide theoretical basis for the application of compound amino acid in pregnant women. Methods: Retrospective analysis the occurrence time, involvement system and clinical manifestations of adverse drug reaction(ADR) of a total of 452 FGR pregnant women who were treated with intravenous infusion of compound amino acid 18AA from September 2014 to September 2019 in our hospital. FGR pregnant women were divided into the amino acid group and the compound medicine group. Results: The ADR occurred after 2 h, 2-6 h, 6 h-3 d and 3 d accounted for 70.69%, 17.24%, 6.90% and 5.17% respectively. ADR involved multiple system damage: respiratory system 68.97%, digestive system 62.07%, nervous system 44.83%, skin and accessories 34.48%. There was on significant difference in the damage of each organ between the animo acid group and the compoud medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: ADR of compound amino acid injection(18AA) can cause multiple system damage in pregnant women, clinical application indications should be strictly mastered and preventive measures should be strengthened.
