Abstract: Objective： To investigate the safety and feasibility of modified 3D laparoscopic extraperitoneal bladder diverticulectomy. Methods： Two cases of modified 3D laparoscopic extraperitoneal bladder diverticulectomy for treating carcinoma in bladder diverticulum were reported. Results： The surgical procedures were successful with the operating time being 90， 50 min， while the blood loss being 30、 20 mL respectively.Ambulation and diet were started on day 1 postoperatively.The drainage tube was removed 2 d after surgery. There was no any urin leakage. The catheter was removed 5d after surgery.There were no recurrences for the patients as they were followed for 12 months respectively.Conclusion： In our experience， 3D laparscopic extraperitonal bladder diverticalectomy is proved to be safe，effective and minimally invasive.
