新冠肺炎疫情下门急诊护士创伤后成长水平及影响因素分析

摘要： 目的：了解新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情下护士创伤后成长水平及影响因素，为制定紧急事件下心理危机干预方案提供依据。方法：采用问卷星调查方式，调查对象是郑州市8家定点收治新冠肺炎患者医院的门急诊护士。使用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、9条目患者健康问卷抑郁量表、广泛性焦虑量表及创伤后成长评定量表进行调查。结果：重度家庭功能障碍占58.1%；中重度抑郁情绪护士占70.1%，中重度焦虑情绪护士占41.9%；创伤后成长总分是（74.30±25.49）分。多元线性回归显示，对政府采取的疫情防范措施关注程度、家庭关怀度指数及对亲友或邻居感染的害怕程度是护士创伤后成长水平的主要影响因素。结论：门急诊护士创伤后成长处于中等水平，应采取有针对性措施提高创伤事件后正性心理成长，促进护士心理健康发展。

Abstract: Objective： To understand the posttraumatic growth level and its influencing factors of nurses in COVID-19 epidemic， and to provide a basis for the formulation of psychological crisis intervention programs in emergency situations. Methods： The questionnaire star survey method was used to investigate the outpatient and emergency nurses in 8 designated hospitals of COVID-19 patients in Zhengzhou.General information questionnaire， family care index questionnaire， 9 item patient health questionnaire depression scale， generalized anxiety scale and posttraumatic growth rating scale were used to investigate. Results： The proportion of severe family dysfunction was 58.1%.Nurses with moderate to severe depression accounted for 70.1% and nurses with moderate to severe anxiety accounted for 41.9%. The total score of posttraumatic growth was （74.30±25.49）. Multiple linear regression showed that the degree of concern about the epidmic prevention measures taken by the government， the degree of family care， and the degree of fear of infection of relatives and neighbors were the main factors influencing the posttraumatic growth level. Conclusion： The posttraumatic growth of outpatient and emergency nurses is at a medium level， so some measures should be taken to improve the posttraumatic psychological growth and promote the development of nurses′ mental health.
