Abstract: Objective： To clarify the characteristics and treatment of upper airway cough syndrome. Methods： This paper studied the treatment of a child with upper airway cough syndrome to understand the treatment for the disease. Results： After comprehensive treatment， the patient′s cough symptoms disappeared and pulmonary ventilation function improved. Conclusion： Sufficient amount of antibiotics， glucocorticoids and leukotriene receptor blockers are the keys to the treatment of upper airumy cough syndrome.
