基于32单片机的病患语音支付系统

Patient Voice Payment System Based on 32 Single Chip Microcomputer

摘要: 目前医院存在就医时挂号时间长、窗口办理不卫生、挂号过程中易发生就医窗口堵塞等问题。为助力医院挂号及系统化分类管理,本课题组研发了病患支付及病情追踪系统,主要由支付机主机体、语音口罩、语音腰挎拾音装置以及病情实时追踪数据库管理后台组成。STM32F103C8T6最小系统为控制核心,并由病情追踪后台进行数据库管理。病患语音支付系统内含语音口罩与腰挎部分,语音口罩可实现语音支付,使挂号流程更安全;腰挎部分对病患的语音信号识别转换,经HC-05蓝牙模块在RFID RC522终端实现消费流程;病情实时追踪数据库管理后台可实时记录消费(含消费异常、历史消费查询、余额提示、追踪挂号者病历等功能)与充值情况。经实践,病患支付及病情追踪系统便于医院实行对病患的系统性分类管理规划,具有成本低、体积小等优势,可显著提高工作效率。本文拟就该系统的技术创新点、产品设计及总体方案设计等方面进行详细阐述,以期为医院挂号和系统化分类管理、加强单位时间就医率提供技术支持。

Abstract: At present, there are some problems in hospital appointment registration, such as long registration time, unsanitary in registration window handling, and it is easy to occur window blocking during registration uindow handing. In order to facilitate hospital apppointment registration and systematic classification management, our research group has developed a patient payment and disease tracking system, which is mainly composed of the main body of the payment machine, a voice mask, a voice pickup device at the waist, and a real-time tracking database management backstage for illness. The STM32F103C8T6 minimum system is the control core, and database management is performed by the disease tracking backstage.The patient′s voice payment system contains a voice mask and a component at the waist. The voice mask can realize voice payment, making the registration process more secure. The waist component can recogrise and converse, and realize the process of consumption the patient′s voice signal on the RFID RC522 terminal through the HC-05 bluetooth module. The real-time tracking database management backstage of illness can record consumption (including abnormal consumption, historical consumption query, balance reminder, tracking medical records of registered persons, etc.) and recharge status in real time. Through practice, the patient payment and condition tracking system facilitates the hospital to implement a systematic classification management plan for patients. It has the advantages of low cost and small size, which can significantly improve work efficiency. This article intends to elaborate on the technical innovation points, product design and overall scheme design of the system, in order to provide technical support for hospital appointment registration and systematic classified management, and increase the rate of medical treatment per unit time.
