脑肿瘤患者报告结局的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 患者报告结局（PROs）目前已经得到越来越多的关注与应用，然而在脑肿瘤领域的应用仍比较局限，应用较多的是症状和生活质量方面，对于满意度，依从性方面尚未见报道。脑肿瘤患者报告结局专项测量工具目前较少，缺乏完整的心理测量学特性和成熟的应用型测量工具。患者报告结局的质量直接关系到临床决策，目前患者报告结局质量有待进一步提高，需要注重方法学标准，提高报告的规范性，以期更好的指导临床决策。本研究通过检索、整理和分析国内外脑肿瘤领域患者报告结局相关研究，对脑肿瘤患者报告结局的工具和应用进展进行综述，旨在为脑肿瘤患者报告结局在国内的应用与发展提供借鉴，并为促进其临床应用、开展护理实践和相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Patient reported outcomes（PROs） have received more and more attention and applications. However， the application in the field of brain tumors is still relatively limited. The application is more in terms of symptoms and quality of life. Satisfaction and compliance have not been reported. There are currently few special measurement tools for the reported outcomes of patients with brain tumors， lacking complete psychometric characteristics and mature applied measurement tools. The quality of patient reported outcomes is directly related to clinical decision-making. At present， the quality of patient reported outcomes needs to be further improved. We need to pay attention to methodological standards and improve the standardization of reports in order to better guide clinical decision-making. This study intends to retrieve， sort out and analyze domestic and foreign studies related to the outcome of brain tumor patient reporting， and to review the tools and application progress of brain tumor patient reported outcomes， aiming to provide reference for the application and development of brain tumor patient reported outcomes in China， and provide reference for promoting its clinical application， carrying out nursing practice and related research.
