摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨合并肺部铜绿假单胞菌感染的癫痫患者关于抗菌药物治疗方案的选择，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：通过对1例肺部铜绿假单胞菌感染的癫痫患者进行药学监护，分析研究患者关于抗感染药物的选择方案。结果：患者治疗初期选用美罗培南抗感染治疗，因与既往服用抗癫痫药物存在药物相互作用，致患者癫痫复发，后抗菌药物治疗换用磷霉素钠联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦，经治疗后患者的感染症状好转，予以出院。结论：癫痫患者合并肺部铜绿假单胞菌感染时，含磷霉素的联合用药方案可作为一种选择。

Abstract: Objective： To explore the selection of antibacterial drugs for epilepsy patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection， in order to provide a reference for the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods： A case of epilepsy patient with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection was given pharmaceutical care， and the patient′s anti-infection regimen was analyzed and studied. Results： The patient was treated with meropenem anti-infection therapy at the initial stage of treatment. The relapse of epilepsy was caused by drug interaction with the previous anti-epilepsy drugs. The antibiotic therapy was switched to fosfomycin sodium combined with cefoperazone sulbactam. After the treatment， the patient′s infection symptoms improved and was discharged from hospital. Conclusion： When epilepsy patients are complicated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection， containing-fosfomycin combination therapy regimens can be used as an option.
