乳鹿中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜元素的含量测定

Content Determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Lactic Cervi

摘要: 目的:建立乳鹿药材中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)元素含量的测定方法, 以期为乳鹿药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:通过微波消解对乳鹿样品进行消解处理,采用原子吸收光谱法对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜元素进行测定。结果:通过对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种元素的测定及方法学考察,结果铅元素在5~40 ng·mL-1、镉元素在0.8~6.0 ng·mL-1、砷元素在5~40 ng·mL-1、汞元素在2~20 ng·mL-1、铜元素在50~800 ng·mL-1浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.996,10批样品测定结果均在国标规定限度范围内。结论:通过对乳鹿药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的测定,可为动物药材的元素测定提供技术依据。

Abstract: Objective:To establish the content determination method of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Lactic Cervi, and to provide basis for the quality control of Lactic Cervi.Methods:The Lactic Cervi sample was digested by microwave, and the residue of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Results:Through the content determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu, and the methodological investigation, it was found that the concentration range of Pb 5-40 ng·mL-1, Cd 0.8-6.0 ng·mL-1, As 5-40 ng·mL-1, Hg 2-20 ng·mL-1, Cu 50~800 ng·mL-1 have good linear relationship with the absorbance . The linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.996.The determination results of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu residues in the 10 batches of samples were all within the limits specified in the national standard.Conclusion:The determination of heavy met al elements in Lactic Cervi can provide technical basis for element determination of animal medicinal materials.
