妊娠期环境暴露咨询及其典型案例分析

Environmental Exposure Consultation during Pregnancy and Typical Case Analysis

摘要: 目的:减少妊娠期妇女环境致畸原的暴露,降低出生缺陷的发生。方法:统计于我院妊娠期咨询门诊就诊的妇女信息,对就诊的133例妊娠期妇女的咨询问题进行归纳总结,重点分析5个典型的与环境暴露有关的咨询案例,为患者提供专业的解答与建议。结果:在该门诊咨询的133例妊娠期妇女中,意外妊娠占比达42.11%,发现怀孕后才开始增补叶酸的占比42.11%。妊娠期妇女咨询较多的环境暴露问题主要有接触美容产品、暴露于吸烟、饮酒等环境、接触杀虫剂、宠物暴露、各种疫苗的接种及重金属的暴露问题等。结论:应通过加强药学服务、开展科普宣教、加强孕早期保健指导、增强育龄期妇女预防意识等措施,控制环境致畸原暴露,从源头上降低出生缺陷的发生。

Abstract: Objective: To reduce the exposure of environmental teratogens during pregnancy, so as to reduce the occurrence of birth defects.Methods: The information of women consulted in the pregnancy consultation clinic of our hospital was collected, the consultation problems of 133 pregnant women were summarized, and five typical consultation cases related to environmental exposure were analyzed, so as to provide professional answers and suggestions for patients.Results: Among the 133 pregnant women consulted, the proportion of accidental pregnancy was 42.11%, and the proportion of folic acid supplementation after pregnancy was 42.11%.The environmental exposure problems consulted by pregnant women mainly include exposure to beauty products, exposure to smoking, drinking and other environments, exposure to pesticides, pet exposure, vaccination of various vaccines and exposure to heavy metals.Conclusion: the occurrence of birth defects can be reduced from the source by enhancing pharmaceutical care, popularizing science and education, strengthening early pregnancy health care guidance and strengthening the awareness of prevention.
