花生衣药材鉴别方法的探索

摘要: 目的:探讨吉林省四粒红类与白沙类花生衣药材的鉴别方法,以期为花生衣药材的鉴别方法提供参考。方法:参考已有生药鉴别方法,以花生红衣为对照,采用显微技术进行形态特征研究;采用薄层色谱技术,以硅胶G为固定相,分别以甲苯-丙酮-甲酸(3∶3∶1)和正丁醇-甲醇-三氯甲烷-冰醋酸水(12.5∶4.5∶5∶5∶1.5∶1.5)为展开剂,5%香草醛硫酸溶液和0.2%蒽酮-10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂,对四粒红类与白沙类花生衣药材进行薄层色谱鉴别研究。结果:白沙类及四粒红类花生衣种皮细胞顶面观及底面观、石细胞形态特征上存在区别。本研究所建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法,能较好区分白沙类和四粒红类花生衣药材水煎液中的物质成分。结论:本研究完善了吉林省花生衣药材的鉴别方法,为花生衣药材的监督检验和科学评价提供参考。

Abstract: Objective:To study the identification characteristics of silihong and baishatestaarachis in Jilin province, to provide reference for the identification method of testaarachis medicinal materials.Methods:The morphological characteristics of testaarachis were studied by microscopy with reference to the existing identification method.Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to study the identification of silihong and baisha peanut coating.Results:Compared with the reference materials,there were differences in the top and bottom viewof seed coat cells and the morphological characteristics of stony cells in baisha and silihong peanuts. The established TLC method can distinguish the constituents of the decoction of baisha and silihong testaarachis.Conclusion:According to this study, the identification characteristics of testaarachis in Jilin province were improved, and can provide reference for the supervision, inspection and scientific evaluation of testaarachis.
