网购祛斑美白类化妆品不良反应现状分析

摘要: 目的:分析网络渠道购买的祛斑美白类化妆品发生不良反应的特点,以期为有关部门强化网络销售产品监管、维护公众用妆安全提供参考。方法:逐项审核、规范整理2018年江西省药品不良反应监测中心收集的55例网购祛斑美白类化妆品不良反应报告,基于网购祛斑美白类化妆品不良反应的报告来源,以及报告病例的性别与年龄、既往过敏史、临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果:所收集的网购祛斑美白类化妆品不良反应报告主要来源于医疗机构和个人,其中女性30岁以上人群的例次居多,男性则以30岁以下人群居多;过敏史不详或对食物过敏的人群易出现化妆品不良反应现象;发生的化妆品不良反应类型以化妆品接触性皮炎为主,占87.72%,且多发生在面部;产品外观形态以霜状居多,其次是面膜和水状。结论:在开展化妆品不良反应宣传的过程中,应结合不同人群、不同品种等因素制作宣传内容,强化宣传的精准性、有效性。建议监督管理部门采取抽检、规范网络销售等多种措施,保障公众用妆安全。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions of freckle removing and whitening cosmetics purchased online, and to provide reference for relevant departments to strengthen supervision of products sold online and ensure the safety of cosmetics used by the public.Methods: The 55 cases of adverse reaction reports of online purchased freckle removing and whitening cosmetics collected by Jiangxi Province Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center in 2018 were reviewed, and statistical analysis was conducted based on the sources of the reports, the gender and age, previous allergic history, clinical manifestations of the reported cases.Results: The reported cases mainly came from medical institutions and individuals. Most of the cases were in women over 30 years old, while the majority of male cases were under 30 years old. People with unknown allergic history or food allergies were prone to cosmetic adverse reactions. Cosmetics contact dermatitis was the main type of adverse reaction, accounting for 87.72%, and mostly occurred on the face. The product form is mainly cream, followed by facial mask and aquiform products.Conclusion: In the publicity of cosmetic adverse reactions, it is necessary to strengthen the accuracy and effectiveness of the publicity combined with different user groups, product varieties and other factors. It is suggested that the regulatory departments should take various measures, such as sampling inspection and standardizing online sales, to ensure the safety of cosmetics.
