3D打印技术应用于骨缺损修复的研究进展

摘要: 骨缺损是临床常见的一种骨科疾病,由于其损伤严重,手术创伤大,治疗周期长、难度高、花费大,骨折部位无法直接愈合,并发症多等特点,而成为需要医患双方共同面对的难题。其治疗目标是尽早修复骨缺损,最大限度恢复患者肢体功能,提高生活质量。如果处理不当,会造成骨折不愈合、感染、短缩畸形、关节僵硬等并发症。目前临床上治疗骨缺损的方法有骨移植技术、Masquelet技术、Ilizarov技术、Cylindrical mesh技术、带血管蒂骨移植技术等,但以上各种方法都存在一定的局限性。近年来,3D打印技术的兴起,为临床治疗骨缺损提供了新思路。本研究通过归纳总结近年来国内外有关3D打印技术应用于人体各处骨缺损修复的相关文献,进一步分析并进行展望,以期为临床治疗提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Bone defect is a common orthopedic disease. Because of its serious injury, surgical trauma, long treatment cycle, high difficulty, high cost, fracture site can not be directly healed, and many complications, it has become a common challenge for both doctors and patients. The goal of treatment is to repair bone defects as soon as possible, to maximize the recovery of limb function, and to improve the quality of life. However, if it is not handled properly, it will cause nonunion, infection, shortening deformity, joint stiffness and other complications. At present, the clinical treatment methods of bone defect include bone transplantation technology, masquelet technology, Ilizarov technology, cylindrical mesh technology, vascularized bone transplantation technology and so on, but the above methods have some limitations. In recent years, with the rise of 3D printing technology, it provides a new idea for clinical treatment of bone defects. In this paper, the relevant literatures in recent years about 3D printing technology used in the repair of bone defects were summarized and analyzed, so as to provide some reference for the clinical treatment.
