卵巢储备功能减退的中医治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来，随着社会的发展，女性生活、工作压力的不断增加，卵巢储备功能减退（diminished ovarian reserve，DOR）的发病率也逐年攀升。DOR的病因及发病机制复杂，现代医学暂无有效、确切的手段改善卵巢功能。目前临床上公认的基础治疗是激素补充治疗，但因其具有增加妇女乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌发病等潜在不良反应，使用具有局限性。大量的临床试验及研究表明中医药可改善DOR患者的卵巢储备功能，无明显副作用，并具有一定的远期疗效。故本研究主要从内服及外治两方面阐述近年来DOR的中医治疗进展，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years， with the development of the society and the increasing of women′s life and work pressure， the incidence rate of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is increasing year by year. The etiology and the pathogenesis of DOR are complex， and there is no effective and exact means to improve ovarian function yet in modern medicine. The basic treatment of DOR is hormone replacement therapy， however， it has the potential adverse reactions of increasing breast cancer and endometrial cancer in women， so the treatment has limitations. A large number of clinical trials and studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can improve the ovarian reserve function in DOR patients， which has no obvious side effects and has certain long-term effect. This paper reviews the progress of TCM treatment for DOR in recent years from the aspect of TCM internal and external treatment， so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
