肠结核的中西医诊疗研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肠结核( intestinal tuberculosis，ITB)是结核分枝杆菌侵袭肠道引起的慢性特异性感染，是我国常见的肺外结核之一。近年来，由于结核杆菌的耐药性增强，以及人口流动性增大，肠结核的发病情况依然严峻。虽然诊断技术较过去有很大提高，但肠结核临床表现缺乏特异性，相关检查难以快速而准确地发现特异性改变，使得本病容易被误诊误治，从而产生肠梗阻、肠穿孔等严重并发症。本研究通过对肠结核的流行病学、病因病机、临床表现、相关检查以及治疗等方面进行归纳、总结、分析，旨在为临床诊疗该病寻求更精准的选择。

Abstract: Intestinal tuberculosis is a chronic specific infection caused by the invasion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to intestinal tract， which is one of the common extrapulmonary tuberculosis in China. In recent years， the incidence of intestinal tuberculosis is still serious due to the increase of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the increase of population mobility. Although the diagnostic technology has been greatly improved， but the clinical manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis are lack of specificity， and it is difficult to find the specific changes quickly and accurately by relevant examinations. Intestinal tuberculosis is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated， which can result in serious complications such as intestinal obstruction and intestinal perforation. This paper summarized and analyzed the epidemiology， etiology and pathogenesis， clinical manifestations， related examination and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis， aiming to seek more accurate choice for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
