腰椎滑脱症的分类及治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 腰椎滑脱症是临床上常见的一种导致腰腿疼痛的疾病，具体的发病机制尚不清楚。其分类及治疗手段多样，但如何更好地治疗腰椎滑脱症仍存在许多争议。保守治疗与手术治疗的选择，手术时入路的选择，微创与开放的选择，融合与减压的选择，目前尚无统一定论。本研究重点介绍近几年关于腰椎滑脱症分类及治疗方法的研究进展，以期为脊柱外科医师了解腰椎滑脱的程度，预测腰椎滑脱症进展及制定治疗方案提供借鉴。

Abstract: Lumbar spondylolisthesis is a common clinical disease causing lumbago and leg pain， and the specific pathogenesis is still unclear. Its classification and treatment methods are diverse， but what is the best way to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis is still controversial. At present， there is no consensus on the choice of conservative treatment or surgical treatment， the choice of surgical approach， the choice of minimally invasive or open surgery， and the choice of fusion or decompression. This article focuses on the research progress on the classification and treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis in recent years， in order to help spine surgeons to understand the extent of lumbar spondylolisthesis， predict the progression of lumbar spondylolisthesis and make treatment plans.
