脑蛋白水解物联合小儿智力糖浆治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效评价

摘要： 目的：观察脑蛋白水解物联合小儿智力糖浆治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法：110例脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。在常规康复治疗基础上，对照组口服脑蛋白水解物，观察组口服脑蛋白水解物联合小儿智力糖浆，疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组患儿 Gesell发育量表 (GDS)积分、盖泽尔儿童发育商评估量表（DQ）积分、脑动脉收缩期峰流速度（Vs）、平均血流速度（Vm），神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGBl）表达水平。比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率96.4%（53/55)，高于对照组的80.0%（44/55)（P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较，观察组GDS积分、DQ积分升高更明显（P<0.05)，Vs、Vm加快更明显（P<0.05)，NSE、HMGBl表达降低更明显（P<0.05)。结论：脑蛋白水解物联合小儿智力糖浆可有效提高脑瘫患儿的智力和运动功能，改善脑血流动力学及蛋白表达。

Abstract: Objective： To observe the clinical effect of cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with xiao′er zhili syrup in the treatment of infantile cerebral palsy. Methods： 110 cases of infantile cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 55 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment， the control group was treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate， the observation group was treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with xiao′er zhili syrup， all for 4 weeks. The Gesell development scale (GDS)， Gesell developmental quotients(DQ)， cerebral artery systolic peak flow velocity (Vs)， mean blood flow velocity (Vm)， neuron-specific enolase (NSE)， high mobility group protein B1 (HMGBl) levels were observed before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 96.4% (53/55) in the observation group， which was higher than 80.0% (44/55) in the control group (P<0.05) . Compared with the control group after the treatment， the GDS scores and DQ scores increased more obviously(P<0.05)， Vs and Vm accelerated more obviously (P<0.05)， NSE and HMGBl expression decreased more obviously in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with xiao′er zhili syrup can effectively improve the intelligence and motor function in children with cerebral palsy， improve cerebral hemodynamics and protein expression.
