摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察启闭安神颗粒结合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）心肝火旺证的临床疗效。方法：筛选我院符合本次研究要求的60例孤独症谱系障碍患儿，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组30例服用启闭安神颗粒结合针刺治疗配合康复教育；对照组30例只做康复教育。结果：两组患儿治疗前《孤独症儿童心理教育评核（第三版）》（C-PEP-3）、儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）评分，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患儿治疗后C-PEP-3评分较治疗前升高（P<0.01），且治疗组较对照组升高更为显著（P<0.01）。比较两组患儿治疗后CARS评分，均较治疗前降低（P<0.01），且治疗组较对照组降低更为显著（P<0.05）。治疗组总有效率为93.33％，治疗组总有效率73.33％，观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：启闭安神颗粒结合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective： To observe the clinical effect of qibi anshen granules combined with acupuncture in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) with syndrome of heaft and liver fire. Methods： 60 cases of children with ASD who met the requirements of this study in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method. 30 cases in the treatment group received qibi anshen granules combined with acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation education. The control group (30 cases) only received rehabilitation education. Results： Before treatment，C-PEP-3 and CARS scores of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment， the C-PEP-3 score of the children in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01)， and the increase in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment， CARS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01). The reduction was more significant in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Qibi anshen granules combined with acupuncture therapy has significant effect on improving the symptoms of ASD children.
