医药卫生领域研究生课程教学改革研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Study on Graduate Curriculum and Teaching Reform in the Field of Medicine and Health

摘要: 目的: 对医药卫生领域研究生课程教学改革相关研究进行文献计量学分析,为未来高质量发展医药卫生领域研究生课程教学提供借鉴和参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统,获取医药卫生领域研究生课程教学相关研究。用VOS viewer 1.6.15软件对纳入研究的关键词、作者、发表机构、发表期刊等字段进行提取,并生成高频关键词聚类网络图以及作者的合作网络图。利用Cite Space V 5.7.R2软件的突现关键词对研究前沿进行分析。结果:613篇医药卫生领域研究生课程教学改革研究文章刊载在196种期刊上,其中《基础医学教育》(73篇)发文量最多,24.5%的期刊影响因子大于1;19个基金项目资助了该领域的研究,其中国家自然科学基金资助项目的发文量最多(22篇);29个省份(市)的专家、学者参与了研究生课程教学改革研究,其中发文量最多的省份(市)是北京(59篇);空军军医大学(原第四军医大学)、首都医科大学、陆军军医大学(原第三军医大学),以18篇的发文量并列榜首;主要作者形成4个合作团体,团体之间合作较少,91.4%的作者仅发表1篇文章;主要关键词聚类形成5个主题。结论:医药卫生领域研究生课程教学改革研究近年来呈稳步增长趋势,但缺乏高质量研究,研究主题相对较少,需提高政府和科研机构对该领域的重视程度,加强作者团体间的合作,进一步拓宽该领域研究的深度和广度。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the study on graduate curriculum and teaching reform in the field of medicine and health, and to provide reference for the high-quality development of postgraduate courses in the field of medicine and health. Methods: Relevant studies on graduate curriculum and teaching reform were obtained by searching the CNKI database, Wanfang database, and SinoMed database. VOS viewer 1. 6. 15 software was used to extract the keywords, authors, publishing organizations, published journals, etc. from the included studies. The high-frequency keyword clustering network diagram was made by VOS viewer 1.6.15 software as well as a collaborative network map of authors. Results: 613 related studies were published in 196 journals, among which the《Basic Medical Education》(73 articles) is the most productive journal, and 24.5% of the journals′ impact factors are greater than 1. 19 fundation projects funded studies in this field and the National Natural Science Foundation of China funded projects have the most published articles (22 articles). Experts and scholars from 29 provinces have contributed to the studies on graduate curriculum and teaching reform, and the most productive province was Beijing (59 articles). The Fourth Military Medical University, Capital Medical University, and The Third Military Medical University ranked first with 18 articles. The main authors formed 4 cooperative groups with less cooperation among groups, and the 91.4% of the authors only published 1 article. The main keywords clustering formed 5 themes. Conclusion: The studies on graduate curriculum and teaching reform in the field of medicine and health has shown steady growth in recent years, but lack high guality researches and the topics are relatively few. It is necessary to improve the level of attention of the government and scientific research institutions in this field, strengthen the cooperation between different author groups, and further broaden the depth and width of the studies in this field.
