腕管松解术后口服筋肌复生胶囊治疗中重度腕管综合征的临床疗效

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察腕管松解术后口服筋肌复生胶囊治疗中重度腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年9月至2019年9月我科收治的80例中、重度腕管综合征患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例，所有患者均行腕管松解术，对照组术后口服甲钴胺片；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服筋肌复生胶囊治疗。对比两组患者视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、Levine腕管综合征症状及功能评分及优良率。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗后观察组与对照组患者疼痛VAS评分均降低（P＜0.05），组间比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。与治疗前相比，治疗后观察组与对照组Levine腕管综合征症状及功能评分均有所改善（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗效果更佳（P＜0.05）；在优良率方面，观察组优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腕管松解术后口服筋肌复生胶囊有助于改善中、重度腕管综合征患者症状，恢复腕部功能，提升治疗优良率，具有一定的治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of jinji fusheng capsule in the treatment of moderate and severe carpal tunnel syndrome after carpal tunnel release. Methods： 80 patients with moderate and severe carpal tunnel syndrome in our department from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 40 cases in each group. All patients underwent carpal tunnel release， and the control group was given mecobalamin tablets after operation， and the observation group was given Jinji fusheng capsule on the basis of the control group. VAS score， Levine carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms and function score and excellent and good rate were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with before treatment， after treatment， the pain VAS score of the observation group and the control group was significantly reduce(P<0.05)， and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with before treatment， after treatment， the Levine carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms and function score of the observation group and the control group was effectively improved(P<0.05)， and compared with the control group， the treatment effect of the observation group was better (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion： Oral administration of jinji fusheng capsule after carpal tunnel release is helpful to improve the symptoms of patients with moderate and severe carpal tunnel syndrome， restore wrist function and improve the excellent and good rate， which has certain therapeutic effect.
