摘要/Abstract

摘要： 半夏泻心汤出自《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》，乃汉代医圣张仲景为伤寒少阳病误下致痞而设，经过历代医家在临床实际运用中的不断探索和总结，目前多用于治疗中医辩证为寒热错杂的消化系统相关疾病。笔者跟师时，见吾师常以此方治疗寒热错杂型慢性萎缩性胃炎，平调寒热，辛苦并进，补泻相兼，疗效斐然。笔者有所感悟，将跟师所遇医案加以整理，并从方证起源、现代药理学研究、病案拾掇、案例分析及总结体会等方面进行分析总结，以飨读者。

Abstract: Banxia xiexin decoction comes from 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》. It was created by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. After continuous exploration and summary of medical practitioners in clinical practice， it is now mostly used for the treatment of digestive system related diseases with the syndrome of mixed cold and heat. The author′s teacher often uses this recipe to treat chronic atrophic gastritis with the syndrome of mixed cold and heat. It is effective in mildly regulating cold and heat， and can realize reinforcing and reducing effects at the same time. The author sorted out some clinical cases， and summarised from the origin of the prescription evidence， modern pharmacological research，medical records， case analysis and personal experience.
