临床药师参与一例支原体肺炎患者治疗实践及分析

摘要： 目的：分析1例肺炎支原体肺炎患者治疗失败的原因，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：临床药师参与1例肺炎支原体肺炎患者治疗实践，发挥自身专业优势，分析、评估患者感染可能的致病原体及病原体耐药情况，当抗感染治疗不佳时，积极查阅文献，分析原因，参与抗感染方案调整。结果：临床药师建议停用阿奇霉素注射液，改用莫西沙星注射液继续抗感染治疗。医师采纳临床药师建议，患者病情得到控制。结论：临床药师参与临床治疗实践，可以更好的促进临床合理用药，保障患者用药安全。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the reasons of the failure treatment in one case of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP） patients and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment practice of MPP patients， giving full play to their professional advantages， analyzed and evaluated the patient's infection of possible pathogens and pathogen resistance. When anti-infective treatment was poor， actively consulted the literature， analyzed the reasons， participated in the adjustment of anti-infection program. Results： Clinical pharmacists recommend discontinuing azithromycin injections and switching to moxisin injections to continue anti-infection treatment. The recommendations of clinical pharmacists were adopted by physicians， the patient's condition was controlled. Conclusion： The participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment practice can better promote rational drug use and ensure the medication safety of patients.
