Abstract: With the rapid development of high technology and the popularization of mobile terminals， the integration of 5G and smart healthcare has become the focus of current researches. Smart healthcare uses new and high technology， based on comprehensive medical information and data platforms， to realize real-time connectivity and efficient intelligent processing， and to provide high-quality disease diagnosis， treatment and prevention services. The deep integration of 5G and smart healthcare can solve the problem of regional medical service unbalance to a certain extent， push forward the national medical informationization construction， gradually realize the transformation from the traditional medical model to smart medical mode， and finally achieve the goal of quality medical care for all the people. Combining the current applications of smart medical， 5G， and the derived medical Internet of Things l IoT， medical big data platform， intelligent medical eqnipment and telemedicine， this research sums up the present situation of the development of smart healthcare integrated with 5G in China， and explores the optimization strategy of combining the advantages of smart healthcase with traditional medical models， so as to provide reference and suggestions for the construction and development of smart healthcare.
